Shipping & Returns

We use a courier signed for service APC Overnight so your orders are trackable from the point of shipment. You can call 0800373737 to find out where your parcel is. If you are not in when the driver attmpts delivery, he will leave a card, please use the phone number on the card along with the consignment number if available to arrange a re-delivery, or change of address, or collect from depot.

Unfortunately courier services do not use a standard UK rate for delivery so there is an additional charge for shipping to the following postcodes that will not be automatically calculated by our shiping systems as below:

Any additional funds must be received before we ship your parcel irrespective of offers. We will contact you once your order is placed to make sure you are aware of this. These charges are at cost, we do not look to make money from shipping.

There are no hidden charges. We would like you to order more than one item, that way you can make the delivery charge really work for you!

3-5 Full working days is our standard processing time, however most items arrive with the customer on the fifth working day from order.

Written / emailed intent to return an item must be received before the item arrives at the warehouse.

Items must be returned at the customers cost.

We do not refund the original cost of delivery unless the item is deemed faulty by us. If your item was shipping using any "free delivery offers" the shiping price will be deemed as the standard price of £6.95+vat and will be deducted.

Items must be returned within 14 days of shipment with notification of return and order number and date. (a printed copy of your order + instructions "exchange for... " "please refund because of ... " will suffice.

Items must be in original packaging and unworn.

Intimate items may not be returned.

Personalised items including printed and embroidered items may not be returned.

Personalised items transfer in title to the customer before printing. If you wish to inspect the items at this stage then you are encouraged to do so and arrangements may be made by calling 08453131518. Customers may not return an item once it is printed or embroidered.

Any items marked as seconds or in discount categories or clearance categories may not be returned. Prices reflect the status of the products listed.

A credit will be issued upon inspection of the returned item in its original packaging once the above notifications have been received.

A deduction of £2.50 per box or per different item is made for the physical and electronic restocking of your item.

Original postage is not refunded unless we deem the item was faulty before shipment. Our inspection processes ensure all items are checked before despatch.

Items may differ to previous orders depending on our current availability. Please contact us if this may cause you any issue and we will try and deliver the items you require.

This does not affect your statutory rites.
